Our “Essential” Styling option includes:
a living room, kitchen with eating nook, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, a powder room or secondary bathroom and entryway. Starting at $1,950
“Enhanced” Styling Option
Our “Enhanced” Styling option includes:
a living room, kitchen, kitchen nook, dining area, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, secondary bathroom and choice of secondary living area/office/bedroom and entryway. Starting at $3,250
“Elevated” Styling Option
Our “Elevated” Styling option includes:
a living room, kitchen, kitchen nook, dining room, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, secondary bedroom, secondary bathroom, a secondary living area, plus the choice of a 3rd bedroom/office/playroom/yoga room, powder room and entryway. Starting at $4,500
We offer patio and pool area staging to properties too - pricing based on level of outdoor staging required.
Our contract terms are 60 days and we NEVER ask for payment for staging until the Close of Escrow.
Staging Consultation Fee
Our initial design consultation fee for vacant homes is $250; due at the end of the consultation. However, this fee will be deducted from a signed staging agreement at the Close of Escrow.
Additional Home Staging Options
Walk-Through Staging Consultation
A personalized in-home consultation of up to two hours, where we walk through the property together and evaluate each space from a buyer’s perspective. Following the visit, you will receive a detailed,
actionable report outlining strategic recommendations to enhance flow, highlight architectural features, and ensure the home presents at its absolute best for the market.
Investment: $250
Staging Consultation with Hands-On Styling
For clients who prefer immediate implementation, this service includes the consultation along with hands-on staging during the visit. We will begin transforming key spaces in real time, repositioning furniture, hanging artwork, editing décor, and decluttering to create a cohesive, elevated presentation.
Investment: Starting at $350 for the first two hours. Additional time is billed at $125 per team member, per hour. For larger homes or more extensive reconfiguration, an additional team member may assist
to ensure the work is completed efficiently and with careful attention to detail.
Curated Décor & Accessories
To further elevate the home’s presentation, we also offer a curated selection of décor and accessories sourced from our staging inventory. These pieces are chosen specifically to complement the home’s
style and architecture. Pricing varies depending on the scale and level of styling required.
