Our Process
Our Staging Process Is Designed To Deliver Exceptional Results
- To begin, you'll have a phone consultation with Sara Thornros, our experienced home staging designer. Sara will gather all the necessary details about your property size, location, and staging budget, and then set an appointment to view the property.
- During the walkthrough, we'll take photographs, measurements, and discuss which rooms need to be staged for maximum impact. Once the walkthrough is complete, we will provide you with a detailed staging proposal within 24 hours.
- Once we have an approved proposal, a staging appointment is tentatively scheduled based on our soonest availability (or for the requested date, should it be a couple of weeks out). We do NOT ask for a deposit and we never ask for payment until the Close of Escrow.
- On the day of staging, we will transform your home in one day or less (depending on the size of the property). You'll be amazed at the transformation we achieve, and we're confident that you'll be thrilled with the results.
- Once we have been informed that all contingencies have been removed or at the direction of the agent, we will schedule to remove all of our staging furnishings.
